*Depona has the right to adjust prices in accordance with the full terms in Depona's agreement for e-archives.

If you act as a consumer, this agreement is covered by the Distance Contracts Act. This means, among other things, that you have the right to withdraw from the Agreement (right of withdrawal) within 14 days of the the day the agreement (the withdrawal period).

Please note that the right of withdrawal is limited. Would you start using any of the functionality included in the Service, you agree that Depona commences the performance of the service, even if the withdrawal period would not have expired.

This means that you have consented to the completion of the services and that there is therefore no right of withdrawal from the time you start such use. You can notify Depona that you want to cancel your purchase, by filling in and posting The Swedish Consumer Agency's form for Depona. The form is available HERE. The form will be sent to Depona through email: itsupport@depona.se.
